Immigration has been in the news a lot over the past several months, with seemingly endless changes and limitations to popular visa types that are heavily utilized by clubs in New Jersey and the surrounding areas. During this session, Attorney Keith Pabian will outline the current immigration landscape as it relates to clubs and discuss ways to continue to utilize international workers to solve your club's staffing challenges through H-2B, J-1, and other visas. Keith will also discuss legislative updates, potential legal changes, and where immigration could be headed in the coming months and year.

Bio: Keith Pabian is the Founding Partner of Pabian Law, LLC, a national immigration law firm headquartered in Massachusetts that focuses on assisting employers through the visa and immigration process. Keith has a unique specialization in representing employers from coast to coast in the club industry. Keith regularly presents at national conferences, local chapter meetings, and on webinars on immigration topics affecting the hospitality industry. He has received numerous awards for his success in providing solutions to employers most pressing staffing issues. Keith is also the founder of Pabian BOOM!, a first-of-its kind proprietary software platform for hospitality organizations to utilize with their H-2B seasonal visa petitions. Through his legal work at Pabian Law and the innovation of Pabian BOOM!, Keith and his team have made the H-2B seasonal visa petition process much more transparent and accessible for hospitality organizations across the country.
Keith is a graduate of Union College and Villanova University's School of Law. Keith currently serves as a very proud Board Member of the National Club Association. Keith lives in Massachusetts with his wife and two sons.
