The pace of change in our world today is very swift and ever changing from demographics to innovation to changing member expectations. This fast pace of change is influencing our club members view of their club and affecting every club professional in ways we may not yet know. While clubs have traditionally been much more methodical in their own evolution, watching and assessing trends is critical. Jeff Morgan, CMAAs CEO, will share his own collection of trends that are key for club professionals to be considering. During this session, Morgan will also share CMAAs journey of how the organization is evolving to support club professionals in this period of innovation and change.
